Costa Coffee Cannock - Cannock Chase

I frequently visit Costa Coffee in Cannock and always receive good service from the staff. There can be delays at times due to long queues, but that is to be expected. The coffee is consistently served hot and delicious. The shop is always clean and inviting, and I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

Costa Coffee is a fantastic spot to grab a drink and a light bite. While they do have sandwiches, they may not be suitable for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. I tried the flapjack and it was a perfect snack to hold me over until dinner. The large, comfortable chairs in this location are a favorite of mine, especially since they are positioned in front of the windows, providing a great view for people-watching. Despite some negative reviews about the staff, my experience was positive and the staff were decent when I visited. Hopefully any previous issues have been resolved.

I have visited this restaurant several times and have found that the overall quality is consistently good. Although there may be some wait times due to long lines and slow table cleaning, the food and drinks are of high quality. I believe this Costa Coffee is one of the best I have visited. The location is convenient and there is ample parking. I will certainly be returning in the future.

I 've used this place before but it seems they must have some new staff of maybe they just wanted to go home early. I had been walking my dog and went to Costa so that i could sit outside with a coffee and my dog. When i arrived, an hour before the place closed, all the table and chairs had been taken inside. I asked the staff if i could bring my dog in but was told 'No ' (Although you CAN take them into Starbucks worth a try next time). When i asked about the chairs i was told they had been brought in as they closed soon. I told them they shut in an hour and was inform that was 'soon ' and they would not be putting any out. Left and went somewhere else as, clearly, they wanted to finish on time.

Popped in just for a quick hot chocolate. Most of the days were unoccupied and stocked up with dirty cups. Tables sticky not cleaned. The lady charged me for 3 medium HC’s I asked for 2 small. The toilets are disgusting not cleaned I would say for most of the day. Not a pleasant experience
