Brasserie Le Splendid - Cannes

Le Splendid had excellent dishes for very fair prices considering the location. The portion sizes were big but they didn't skimp on the quality of the dishes.We had a pork escalope which was wonderfully tender and well seasoned, it came with a side of spaghetti which we were unsure about the combination but worked very well. We also tried the salmon spaghetti, it was creamy and the chef was very generous with the salmon chunks. Very filling meals with very polite waiters/waitresses. They were efficient and handled our order well. We were very pleased with the amount of time our food took to come. Would definitely come again!

Directly opposite the train station and bus stop, I had the very best pizza I had tasted in years, can not recommend it highly enough, my onion pizza along with a pot of tea cost 12.90 Euro, comfort food in a most comfortable setting, and if you are staying in Nice, a bus trip for 1,50 Euro will take you there.

Unchewable meat and terribly mean staff. They do not care about their customers. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else!
