I highly recommend this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the food was fantastic. Both the service and atmosphere received a perfect rating of 5/5. If you're looking for takeout, this place is definitely worth it!

The workers at this place are reckless and are COMPLETELY uncareful with their drinks. When I had ordered my No. 6 with white pearls, I had noticed they were serving out other customers drinks very quickly which I had initally thought was a good thing. However they were also laughing a lot and joking around with each other while making the drinks which may be the cause of what happened next. When it came my turn to pick up my drink, I noticed there were NO white pearls inside. I asked the staff if there were white pearls and they had resassured me twice while looking at the drink that there were white pearls when clearly there were none. As I was in a rush to arrive home, I left the store and to my disappointment there were no white pearls in my drink. Clearly they didn't bother properly checking and only were there to laugh with each other and joke around. I ordered tonight (9/03/24) around 8:50pm. Gongcha make your staff properly check their drinks and not lie to the customers face when they ask questions only because they want dont want to remake the drink. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their drinks are alright except for their wintermelon tea latte, which I disliked. It didn't taste as good as other Gong Cha branches as it was too watery and barely had any flavour, which was pretty disappointing.
