La gondola - Cancún

The reception staff, the server, the manager, the pianist, all are excellent! the food! loves the appetizers with cheese and warm brot and a teller olive oil with a dab of balsamico vinegar. great Tuscan tomato soup;. incomparable pear salad; beautiful pasta (my fav is penne with mushrooms in a cream sauce). after these curses I never come to the main square because I save space for delicious desserts and Mayan coffee (ask for likör 43 in). béla luca offers a beautiful piano return to an enchanting culinary experience, while miriam, the manager, presidates over her domain with a nurturing eye. we were not disappointed by eve! thanks to gerardo, miguel angel, jorge and all friendly staff in la gondola.

This was one of the best meals we enjoyed in the moonpalast, all three courses were beautiful, the brot we got before our meal was amazing, three different types and a mini pizza also, delicious. a special mention of our waiter, the two mauricios, lopez. and cupol, both could not do enough for us, always on the hand to hide our drinks, ask if we have asked about the menu and everything done with a smile on their face, a pleasure to eat here was served by the two who served us, they are a loan for the restaurant again.

La gondola is located in the moon palace resort in cancun, mexiko. it is a very special place from the moment in which they are greeted at the entrance thru the meal and desert. francisco was our waiter and gildo his assistant. the deck is stained glass....The menu is varied and tempting. the service 1 st class and the kitchen delicious. the personal could no longer be hospitable without hovern.

We ate here a few times for dinner and twice for breakfast and lunch, as their normal buffet restaurant was closed for rebuilding. the dinner was good, we asked for a special dinner that wasn't on the menu. rack of lamb, the miguel. the maitre d liked to have ordered for us at our next visit! josue, our waiter could not have been more attentive and/or more honorable! we were greeted in the next night by the employees enthusiastically and had an unforgettable rack of lamb cooked to perfection! kudos to the chef and the manager miguel and our favorite waiter josue!

We ate our Italian Dinner here because we could not get reservations at the La Trattoria, this meal was terrible. WE asked the waiter several times for a wine list, the food arrived cold and under cooked. Will not go back if i go to...the moon palace again.
