Ciao - Cancún

All about ciao was more excellent at the beginning with the service, as the entire waiting staff was lined and capped when we were accompanied on our table. our waiting staff was great and very attentive. we had a eckish with a great outside view of the resort. I am very hard on restaurant reviews and rarely give 5 stars, but ciao gets 5 stars. Don't miss them on this gemstone spot.

Located in the very famous Hard Rock Café hotel, we really liked the decoration, the good music and the sympathy of the waiters.

Quiero resaltar el SERVICIO EXCEPCIONAL y la atención de SAMUEL (camarero) chico muy atento y amable desde el principio, un verdadero profesional. La comida deliciosa y el ambiente encantador, todo limpio, ordenado y presentado de forma impecable. ¡100% recomendable!

Brunch excelente. Disfrutamos de un brunch muy completo, presentado en una funda de guitarra con mucha variedad (dulce y salado y delicioso todo. No tienen carta de alérgenos en el menú brunch pero estuvieron muy pendientes de todas mis limitaciones y me ofrecieron alternativas para poder disfrutar del brunch, lo cual agradezco enormemente. Elegimos los huevos benedictinos y fue todo un acierto. La bebida está incluida en el menú (café, té, zumo... . El ambiente buenísimo porque no había mucha gente y una música super buena de fondo. Los camareros y camareras majísimos, muy amables y pendientes de si queríamos algo más. Pasamos un rato estupendo sin mirar el reloj.

We were staying at the hotel and thought to go to the restaurant. The staff there didn’t seem as friendly as the friendly reception staff. Small portions for the price, the pork ribs were 5 pieces for 18 euro and that’s all there was. They were delicious though. The chicken parmigiana was nice and big but nothing to accompany it. When it came time to pay they didn’t seemed interested in bringing us the bill, or acknowledging us when we were standing at the entrance… Poor service and small food sizes, probably wouldn’t come back again.
