Captain's Cove - Cancún

A relaxing and pleasant place for dinner in the heart of the hotel zone in cancun. the menu offers a series of appetizers and cures to please a lot of taste and is moderate for its location. service is excellent and...efficient, but not rushed. would definitely recommend to sit on the veranda to enjoy the evening breeze, the underlying and the sunset. the seats can be up to two and from what we saw as many as 20.

We had renato as a waitress and she was excellent! he brought all our orders right, and at any time we needed something extra (butter, refilling, sauce, etc). he was very fast with our desired articles. the restaurant was nice and the food was so good. hoping. to go back before the trip is over!

Having visited this restaurant with my family we were greeted by happy staff especially Renato our waiter was very kind and even helped my kids try an search for the crocodlies that can be spotted in the lagoon next to the restaurant. The Service was...quick and the food was delicious. my wide said its the best meal shes had and we tend to out frequently. The only unfortunate issue we had was when when the card machine turned off half way through the transaction and we realised we had paid twice when the new machine was working. This was an unfortunate human error but i wasn't worried as they seemed like a reputable and genuine bunch. Confident of resolving the issue we popped back the following day and the manager took our details as we were going home the next aay and when we arrived home the money was reinstated to the card. a classy restaurant with great staff and genuinely kind people that care about quality and service. would definitely reccomend to anybody. Had a fantastic dinner with friends. Beautiful place right on the water. Definitely recommend the Mayan coffee for dessert!

We went to Captins Cove for my brothers birthday, we were greeted with very friendly staff and delicious smells!! We had Saulo as our server and he went above and beyond for us! My brother asked for a drink selection and he pointed him in...the right direction in a fruity but not sugary drink! I am a vegetarian so he helped me find a pasta that they could make with no meat! Over all we loved having Saulo as our server. We hope to get back one more time before we leave.
