I must say that starting my long weekend of relaxation, in such a magical place, surrounded by 360° of the Dolomites, having an amazing SPA and such a spectacular beer in a few meters, is a great holiday start! It is immediately understood to have to deal with a quality room when you enter and perceive the warmth and flavors of the typical cuisine of Cadore and Belluno. Beer is delicious, an unfiltered hacker Pschorr memorable, service is courteous and friendly and food is the end of the world! I had the chance to taste the typical pastin and the cheese on the plate, with contours of beans to the bird and cooked cappucci. Everything really spectacular! There's not much more to add... if you're passing through or stopping at Borca di Cadore, a stop at Bauce is really necessary!

Cute, traditional and typical local area. Dinner with bows, fully satisfied with the Bauce dish, a specialty of the house to try absolutely. I'll come back.
