I visited Momiji for the first time at the Cabby downtown and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer lunch specials even on weekends. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was inviting. The portions were generous, the sushi was fresh, and the food seemed freshly prepared. The complimentary marinated cucumber served with the miso soup was delicious. I especially appreciated that the teriyaki chicken was made from white meat and not grilled. This preparation method closely resembles the way it's done in Japan. I will definitely be returning for more!

I was here on a Saturday at 4:30 PM, when they are supposed to be open according to both Google maps and the sign on their door. They were closed. EIDTED TO ADD- I was definitely at the Canby location and they were definitely not open.The doors were closed and locked.
