Contribuiți la feedbackGot the $15 sous vide ribs and wings dish after months of drooling over instagram pics... the dish was quite oily but that forgiveable... texture - fall apart and juicy. But where was the FLAVOUR! The deep frying oil killed the meats flavours and here was no salt and pepper (at minimum) to rescue this dish. Really really sad. The dipping sauce helped but it was so sweet. Oh and personally - slaw with mung bean sprouts? These are the polystyrene of the food world to me. Didn't suit.
Nice cubano. Great price too. Wished I ate here first (next to Floriade) compared to the substandard and expensive event food inside. Definately worth a try
This is one of the food vending containers at the Westside Container Park.My wife had a pork bun, with slow cooked pork, onions, slaw and a Thai style mayo. It was good, but thought that the mayo was a bit heavy and detracted from the experience.I had a pork taco. It was good, some nice flavours, but not outstanding. I'm writing this two weeks after the event and I'm having trouble remembering what it was like.
Great stop off spot for lunch. When your on the run & don't really have too much time in the holiday schedule for lunch try "The One". Very reasonable
This restaurant is truly unique and worth a visit. It is located in a container yard and offers a fantastic dining experience. The pulled pork I tried was outstanding. It is recommended to visit on a market day to avoid feeling isolated.
