A hidden gem. I identified with so many of the Aussies portrayed in the paintings. This is a 'must visit ' to for those on the Canberra tourist trail. Free underground parking on weekends and a great little café!
Wonderful place to visit .beautiful art .people don't take to time to enjoy art anymore .too busy being busy
What a gem! Intended to visit for a few minutes but stayed a few hours. The staff were charming and the gift shop was full of interesting things to buy. The portraits and their accompanying stories formed a fascinating history of Australia. Loved it.
We enjoyed a night of wine and music at the launch of the CSO's 2018 season. Well organized and beautiful evening. Lovely venue!
