Lolo And Lola - Canberra

The food was absolutely amazing! Thank you for preparing it for us. It brought back memories of my hometown.

This was my first experience at a Filipino restaurant, and it was quite fascinating! We ordered the barramundi, which was superb, along with the prawn and pumpkin dish and the pork belly. The service was excellent— the friendly staff frequently checked in to see if we were enjoying our meal. The drinks were amazing as well; I highly recommend the cold avocado milkshake and the hot purple yam latte!

We didn't expect it, but the best meal we had in Canberra was at Lolo and Lola. While most of the city felt quite calm in the early evening, this restaurant was packed with people from all walks of life, which is always a good sign! We ordered nearly half of their menu, and honestly, we wished we had an endless appetite to try everything because every dish was delicious. Personally, I found the BBQ chicken skewers to be juicy and perfectly glazed with a delightful smoky aroma. The sinigang had just the right amount of tanginess to awaken all my senses. Landed there to get halohalo. was happy after our holiday on the philippines a few years ago. it was a damn good halo! the staff were super friendly and everything was safely treated in a covid.

The Best Filipino restaurant in Australia I have ever been! Tastes like home. Very tidy, friendly staff and prompt service. The food are all rich in flavors. I am amazed in how they were able to use Australian ingredients and still retain the Filipino flavours. I really really hope they branch out to Sydney.
