Bistro Nguyen’s Canberra Central

I am thrilled to have found a great Vietnamese restaurant in Canberra! The bot chien was absolutely delicious (a fantastic vegetarian appetizer) and the bun bo xao cha gio was also amazing (noodly, beefy, spring rolly goodness). But what really made me happy was that my friend introduced me to a Vietnamese restaurant in Canberra that consistently delivers delicious dishes across the menu. Yum, definitely a thumbs up from me.

The Vietnamese food at this restaurant is delicious and authentic. It's my favorite spot for Vietnamese cuisine in the Civic area.

We were looking for fresh and delicious vegetarian food, and we definitely found it here. The cafe has a cool street food vibe, and the service was incredibly fast even during a busy period. I would definitely return again!

Delicious clean tasty food! Great friendly staff loved everything about the experience of dining there, would love to go back . Outside dining was lovely for a perfect mild night
