Dunkin' - Canastota

Had no order made, but the staff is quite friendly and the waiting time was fast.

My wife and I went for coffee this morning and hers tasted like a chemical was in it. when we go we are never sure if our coffee will taste the right way or not

This is the only dunkin near my home, for months tye lobby was closed and my on the go orders were still wrong in the drive-thru. A few weeks ago they began allowing pickup inside, but something was always missing. Now they have left the walk in feature on, but expect you to wait 20 min in-line because the inside “is closed again”

Love the atmosphere of the Canastota location....sweet people working there.

My review is not for eating or service. all there were friendly and helpful. eating is the same as any other dunkin my review is for.
