I'm not sure how many of you are Tripe fans, but I've loved it since childhood! It is rare to find it on a menu, unless you are in the southern Italian sun, although I occasionally offer it in upscale Italian bistros. Joe's version is perfection... it literally melts in your mouth and vies in quality with my Nanno 's....! On a broader note, I have never been disappointed by one of the dishes in Casa! Authentic sauce, all farm fresh ingredients and you must never...al dente! This is Italian!

Our goal once a year if in the area for Christmas shopping... do not disappoint .. Beef short rib best ever .. Prime rib made perfect, shrimp scampi and veal parm, perfect. We'll see you again!!
