Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Very clearly asked for 1 coffee and was charged for and received 2 coffees. When I let them know they made a mistake, they said they are unable to process the refund and only their manager could do so. Manager arrives after about 8 minutes only to say he can't process the refund because it already went through the debit machine. When I asked for a refund via cash he said that wasn't possible either. Very confusing and irritating practices here. As a last resort, I was obligated to buy something else for the price of the extra coffee. He didn't even bother to apologize, although his 2 staff did. This place is a scam in trying to steal people's money!! Price per person: CA$1–10

Outrageous prices and NOT open 24 hours! Open until 10pm. I'm not sure who updated this info, but it shouldn't have been done.

Food is decent but pricey. The chefs are all friendly.

Wow was not happy about my chicken fingers they were dry over done for 18.99 not worth it I ask my money back because I could eat it they said no refund Plus I waited 25 min in line and another 15 min to cook next time going to swish chalet Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Service is extremely slow like a train wreck. Small menu that takes very long to be served at their counter. The cook made 1 order at a time for guests. Ours took 25 minutes to get it plus 15 minutes of time wasted waiting on our turn to place our order with only 1 couple ahead of us standing around waiting as well. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD ANYTHING. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
