The Dinner Plate - Canada

What kind of place was that? We stayed overnight in Yarmouth and had dinner at The Dinner Plate. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service was fast and food was amazing. My husband had the bread pudding for the desert. It's his favorite and commands it's going anywhere we go and he said that this, by far, is his favorite. When it was placed in front of him, everything you could smell was a warm nutmeg. It was Thanksgiving and Christmas presented in a bowl. I wish we could give more than 5 stars! I'm not waiting for a visit.

Great home of classic diner. Great food, super friendly staff, large portions. How could you not love this place? If you are looking for pleasure and size, this is not the place for you. If you want good food at a good price, it is.

Visit The dinner plate a few weeks ago, on a trip back to our hometown, and ordered the rappie instead of the usual delicious “real” turkey dinner. Wow! Super impressed! Asked for crispy and had the most delicious rappie I ever had in my life!! The texture was perfect, not dry or runny, many pieces of delicate chicken and the taste was just right. I enjoyed every mouth. The service was friendly and friendly. So a treat to find a restaurant that prides itself on serving homemade, delicious dishes. Thank you.

There for lunch and the food was amazing. Hot turkey that was made so good in her oven. We went back to dinner and now Granddaughter wants to go back to his birthday tomorrow. The large part was the great service of the staff and they shredded with them. They asked them to hold something and gave them an ice cube.

Was in for lunch on May 13. My mom and I were here from Bridgewater taking my father in for surgery at the Yarmouth Hospital. Absolutely the best lunch... The staff were so friendly, the food was top notch, the place was so clean and even the owner was there working and stopped by to say hello, well he was wondering why a left some of my club on my plate... I told him I would finish it as it was the BEST CLUB EVER and I wasn't wasting it. Worth the two hour drive I tell you... Definitely be back!!!
