Smitty's Restaurants - Camrose

Our guest requested Smitty's, we had to request the early morning special (early Riser) which turned out to be only $1.oo off regular, Bacon was predone and cold, toast was fine service was ok.

We went here for both breakfast and a lunch this week. Service is fantastic fo sure. Full menu and prices okay. Coffee nice and hot. Breakfast off the seniors menu was plenty and very good. Bacon not overdone. Eggs over easy. Waffles good. Fruit cups fresh. For lunch, veal cutlet is okay. Fries are shoestring and very good. Veggies are cooked soft enough for seniors which is appreciated. Garlic toast is very good. Fish portion is small but batter is light. Soup and sandwich are good. I’m sure we will be back at some point.

Fast, friendly service even in a busy atmosphere. Delicious food with a broad variety of choices for the whole family at a great value.

We have always enjoyed Smittys. The Camrose restaurant is no exception. We have always received generous meal portions, excellent service and reasonable pricing. AMA members and seniors also enjoy 10% off! Great breakast menu as well as dinner menus. Will always return!

Besides the garden salad, there is little on the menu for WFPB (popularly sometimes called vegan) to eat. Would be helpful to have at least one vegan meal option. Service was good. Only thing I would recommend the coffee mugs are placed face down on the bare table having seen a rag used to wipe the tables, it might be a good idea to put a paper coaster under the mug if you insist on placing them face down.
