Mad River Coffee House - Campton

Absolutely amazing! I love my coffee black and strong, and it can often be bitter, but not here. The coffee is excellent, and the breakfast sandwiches and scones are perfectly baked! The staff is always friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere is gorgeous, both inside and on the deck outside.

On our way back from the mountains, we decided to stop and we were pleasantly surprised! I was browsing cafes on our route home when I came across this gem. I ordered an iced coffee made with coffee ice cubes, a raspberry tea, and an avocado brownie. I was amazed by how reasonable the prices were for everything, and I enjoyed every single item I tried. My fiancé particularly loved the iced tea, and I couldn't believe how the coffee ice cubes enhanced my iced coffee experience. If I find myself in the area again, I'll definitely make a stop here!

I really enjoy the food here, and we always purchase our coffee from the store. Whenever we visit family, we bring a bag so everyone can enjoy it together. Unfortunately, the current political climate seems to be affecting our lives and driving up the cost of coffee.

Great coffee and fresh bagels. Back was also amazing.

We had a yummy snack here (chai tea latte and a clam chowder)! Definitely a homey place and the deck is dog friendly.
