Quite pricey but very nice and quite fancy. Good for a first date or something.

This was my first time trying out a Thai restaurant. I ordered the red Thai curry with chicken. I didn't really enjoy it the chicken stock was a bit potent. However, my friend ordered the same dish and liked it. So I think it was just a personal issue, not necessarily a bad dish.<br/ <br/ Besides that, the service was great. Even if my waiter would be busy elsewhere, someone else immediately came to help me as soon as they noticed.<br/ <br/ Will definitely go back to try something new!

One of the best Asian cuisine restaurants, the food is delicious and the ambience is amazing. The service is always amazing as well which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend for a casual but nice dinner. My favorites are the sushi, the firecracker noodle, the spring rolls and the calamari. I would also recommend the deep fried ice cream if you’re into desserts, very peculiar when you first hear of it but absolutely delicious

Had a very pleasant experience at Rock Sushi Thai tonight. Our waiter was friendly and gave us great recommendations, and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. For starters, we had the rainbow roll and tiger roll sushi, both of which were fresh and delicious some of the best sushi I’ve had in Cape Town. In terms of main courses, we tried the massaman curry with tofu and veg, and the firecracker noodles with chicken. Both were packed with flavour, but although the overall portion size is generous, we felt they could’ve given us more tofu/chicken. The ambience isn’t amazing and it was very quiet, although the interior décor was very elegant and tasteful. This is a great place for affordable and tasty Thai food.

This restaurant should not be rated anything else other than 5 stars!! Amazing Sushi, Amazing Service and an Amazing vibe!! Best thing (other than the obviously great sushi) is that there is no annoying background music.
