#Update thank you Collen for rectifying the chicken way better and juicy chicken then the last time #UPDATE....about this place Most dry dry driest dry dry chicken I have ever received.... Bad bad bad They let you wait for chicken.while they cleaning and closing shop before 11 so the staff can go home I ended up cancelling my order because the staff was tooo lazy to make chicken an focused more on cleaning so they can go home pathetic service indeed.

Their ice cream taste bitter, not enough sugar in their milk mixture or whatever they put in that machine

Food is always fresh. They get orders incorrect a tad too often, but other than that good food and friendly service

Good evening Check your till slip before you leave the KFC branch at Soneike in Kuilsriver. The service ambassador, Nosicelo, rang up R2 for Hope without asking the customer. Still no feedback from the KFC Social Media Account. . How many other customers have been caught with this random R2 order on their till slip? This is really unacceptable.

Sad that I had to change my 5 star review that stood for a year to a 1 star review. Last 3 times the food was not up to standard. Bought kfc for the family again and hoped it would be what I expect. Firstly the zinger wings I bought almost has no zinger coating on and is tasteless and forgot to put the coleslaw in my bag. Again! Wont buy here again
