Friendlier than The Korean Kitchen and great sushi platters. Recommend the crunchy salmon rolls

Sad to see another favourite fall by the wayside…chilli beef with no beef to taste anywhere… This used to be darker richer and drizzled with sesame seeds now just a puried paste beef stew....uuuurhgg truly disappointing… This is not Japanese food by far…

I've been enjoying Hong sushi since 2008 always good but last two uber orders, the order notes were completely ignored. Please try take note of it or else customers will end up ordering elsewhere.

Great food, but that staff should be more customer focused. The cook were so loud chatting away in the kitchen it was really not a pleasure eating there.
