Gotta mention this experience, we (struggling students) were splitting a bottle of wine here when the power goes out (eskom) and the lovely staff at Bossa offered us each a large plate of chips that they had just fried up as nobody else was ordering anything owing to power outage. We had happy bellies that day

When the waitress asked me how I would like my burger and I got what I asked for, I knew the potential the place had. HOWEVER. My wife and niece order chicken wings and unfortunately they were raw and ****. My wife noticed first and luckily stopped eating. My niece wasn't as lucky and got food poisoning. They fry the wings from frozen, is what we were told. Let's face it, it's an upmarket spur. There is no quality control or someone running the pass they way they should.
