Golden Grill - Campo

I've been to this restaurant a few times, but unfortunately, the food hasn't been impressive. My burger was overcooked, and the fish and chips were quite dull. The batter on the fish was unusual and not to my liking, and the portion of fries was small. There were four of us, and we each had a soda, shared two meals, and enjoyed a dessert. The total bill came to $82 for food that simply wasn't worth it. I can only imagine how much we would have spent if everyone had ordered their own dishes, along with appetizers and desserts. Given the high price for such low-quality food, I won’t be returning. I'm fine with paying a premium for great food, but here, it just didn't meet expectations. The server was passable, but the food was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place; I’d rather grab snacks from the market they have and wait for a better dining option!

The prime rib special was served cold, and it was disappointing. The server seemed to be disinterested and not enjoying his job, which added to the negative experience. Overall, I can't say anything positive about the meal.

Service wasn't not the best!!! Our server was not at all able to even pretend he liked his job. My Uncle had the Prime Rib..$9.99 2 Chicken tenders, BLT sandwich But our server He kept hiding in a small closet area and wouldn't come by to see if we need anything which we did my Uncle said Thank you when finally he came out of hiding rude rude But no acknowledgment at all Twice no response. So even the hostess was not friendly when I went to pay!! Looks like no one has social skills here or was happy at Golden Grill Resturant Only the personal at guest services were very smiling and happy!!!

The SO and I went on a date night with another couple to the Casino (not my choice) anyway we lost 100.00 and decided WTH let's hit the bar and get a Virgin drink for me and Cosmo for them. The bartender (Miguel I think) looked kind of dorky and like he didn't know much but we started talking to him and next thing you know we had been there for an hour enjoying ourselves. His service was great and knowledgeable and he was goofy.

All we can say is, WOW! We ordered the Ribeye Steak with Loaded Mash Potato and Grilled Shrimp. And, Honey Chipotle Salmon with Cilantro Lime Rice. The steak was cooked to PERFECTION! Medium rare. The shrimp, too. Both seasoned perfectly! The Honey Chipotle sauce on the salmon was also perfect! We finished with Molten Lava Cake A La Mode. Delicious. Hats off to the chef. THANK YOU, CHEF!
