Applebee's Iguatemi Campinas

I got an old rib that was re-warmed then asked for a new one and they got me another one that was newer than the first but still very old.

Terrible. I got a cold burger with cold fries. Salad of my wife was pretty small and grilled chicken with very strange consistency. Not according to described in the menu: spinach creme with artichoke and nachos didn't have any artichoke in it. Pasta with tomato sauce for kids was disgusting, not fresh at all. Will never come back. Plate came dirty. Sticky floor.

It was what I expected from an applebees. The popcorn shrimp, cheader bacon fries and my burger were just as I would expect them to be in the USA. They did get a request wrong for a past plate but they replaced the dish quickly. JUST A WARNING they put black pepper on most of the food. Personally I love it but not everyone does. Go try it. I am sure you will find something on the menu that you will enjoy.

Nice place and they are respecting the covid rules. Dishes could be better served for the price.
