Sizzler - Campbelltown

Used to be a "go to" place but it has gone WAY down hill. I'm annoyed that when my mother goes in and she is OBVIOUSLY a senior, she doesn't get the discount unless she states she is such, very very poor service for our seniors as I'm sure that a lot of them don't know there is a discount to be had. The food has gone down hill and also less options. Better off going to an all you can eat club, you'd get way better value for money and choice. Lost us Sizzler.

Went to Sizzlers with a group of family and friends (16). They did accommodate us all but insisted on everyone being at the restaurant at one time, which we weren't. So the party waited in line to be served. Was a bit disappointed that the food was not topped up on the buffet fast enough because there was many empty bowls because the restaurant was very busy.

Although it was not the same as I remember from the last one to close in Canberra about 15 or more years ago. But I found the service to be of a high standard, good was excellent. It's not as full on in the variety as I remember it being, even so I found the available selection to be value for money an still a good night out. Fed the Family of 4 for $100.00, so $25 per person, pretty good value I think. Still love it there.

Sizzler used to be one of the best restaurants in the area but it has lost it's finesse. Went there for dinner with my wife but there was no dinner roles left and the staffs didn't bother refilling them with enough quantities so that everyone could have one. Also the salad bar wasn't topped up frequently. The price used to be quite reasonable but now it seems overpriced these days for lack of their service. We did enjoy the dessert and steak though. They should seriously think about upgrading their services otherwise they might end up closing the very last sizzler restaurant in Sydney as well.

Sizzler use to be the all you can eat oasis. The standard meals now are small and the buffet quality has lost a little in quality and range. Still a good concept but the store is dated and the steaks need an injection in size.
