Rally's - Campbellsville

The drive-thru was too crowded, and the lobby was closed. The staff was sitting in the lobby on their phones, and I tried to get them to take my order, but they seemed too busy. This used to be a great place to eat, but I don't think I'll be returning. I ended up going somewhere else.

I had to wait for 10 minutes to place my order, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant and there was no one in the drive-thru. When I finally received my food, the chicken tenders were incredibly tough—hard enough that I could have thrown them through glass and broken it. I won’t be returning.

I just got off the phone after filing a complaint with corporate, case number 5698647. As a 62-year-old who has eaten at many fast-food restaurants over the years, I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful service, nor have I ever felt the need to contact corporate until now, especially for not receiving what I paid for.

It's fast food but this one gets it done. I've waited a hour at other locations. This one is legit.

UPDATE: My refund should be on my card today according to my bank. Logan of Campbellsville rallys is great. If my bank said it wasn't pending all I needed was a bank statement and he'd give me cash. Simple solution to this after getting the run aroundfrom everyone else! This restaurant is an absolute joke. Waited over 30 minutes for food while dining in. Requested a refundbecause we never got our food. Turns out it was given to a door dash driver with us sitting right there waiting on the food.They said refund was processed and would be on my debit card by the end of the day. I never received the refund and kept gettingtold to call back or they'd call me back and never got anything. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER BE BACK.
