Wendy's - Campbell River

I really enjoy this fast food restaurant; it's my favorite among all the others. What stands out to me is the friendly service I always receive. They recognize me and genuinely ask how my meal was when I leave. It's refreshing to find such good customer service these days.

Wendy's and Tim Hortons share the same building, a nice combo if you ask me. Anyway the place is nice, nothing special and the service was quick. Though I have to admit it a bit odd that you need a code to use the bathrooms. Must be some history behind that! Since this is located across the road from the ferry it's easy to grab a bite or coffee before getting on the ferry.

As always, we visited Wendy's for their salad takeout. The quality of their salads met our expectations, as they consistently do a better job than any other fast-food restaurant. The service was reasonably quick (though these days, nothing seems truly fast at any fast-food place), and the staff were polite and efficient. Our order was accurate, and as mentioned, the food was excellent. I do miss the option to combine a half salad with another item...

Had a 1 start rating before and I had to change it as they have gotten much faster and the workers seem alot happier. I think they must have a new manager who is Killin it.

This is a Wendy's and Tim Hortons in a shared space. Wendy's is very consistent. Exactly what you expect from a Wendy's franchise. Definitely worth mentioning employee Ben who provides top notch customer service every time. The atmosphere is less great now that you need a code to use the bathrooms.
