Contribuiți la feedbackToday, July 3rd, we waited in line at the drive-thru starting at 11:40. We waited for twenty minutes before they finally took our order. We were unable to leave the line during this time. Ten minutes later, we reached the window to receive our food, which was cold. It appeared that there was only one person working. We ended up spending over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, which was so backed up that it blocked the road. There were no explanations given for the long wait. If they were short-staffed, they should have closed the drive-thru. Overall, we were not impressed and are unlikely to return.
This restaurant serves one of the best fast food burgers I've ever had. The baked potato is also a healthy option on the menu. Wendy's is a great option for good quality fast food.
This special sales point far exceeds all the others I used in Canada in POOR service and food presentation. This outlet urgently needs Wendy's Corporate Trainer to classify and limit the Personal Top to Bottom. The only thing they are compliant is they suck. Online order placed 10.30 a.m., conformation e-mail of the order arrived at the outlet, waited for confirmation on the journey by almost 10 minutes, finally someone screaming out spokesman we 're closed, I tell them that they have an order waiting for me, and will be paid for ..we 're closed, come back, but you have my order here, and since it is now 11.00pm have closed.
We have been patrons of Wendy for many years and were always very cheap fans, but the franchise in Campbell River is very “Hit Miss” this last opportunity, again the service was extremely slow restaurant was barely 1/4 full of the...front final companion was very insecure of itself, not sure whether was lack of training or exactly the problem, but again this was not a great experience. Eating when finally placed ready 10-12 minutes on the tray took another 3-5 minutes, so first part of the order already hatch warm. After we have been seniors for many years, we have been offered a discount in the previous restaurant in Vernon, however, if you ask them to treat you like second-class citizens. The other main case about this location is the traffic jam. Drive thru cuts in about half of the parking lot, and since we need to use handicap parking lot, it is difficult to get out without in cars from the car drive thru window. We're pretty sure we won't go back for a while.
We will never eat at this restaurant again! It used to be a regular lunch spot for us, but things started going downhill about a year ago. The burgers are often greasy and soaked through the wrapper. The fries were so bad that we stopped ordering them, and even when we tried them again, they smelled of old oil. This time, we tried the new BBQ cheeseburger and were disappointed. It lacked sauce, the onion ring was mushy, the buns were stale, and the burger was bland. It did not live up to the advertised description of a BBQ cheeseburger. The staff is also unfriendly and rarely greets customers with a smile or thank you. We only use the drive-thru so by the time we get home, it's not worth complaining. I called in the past and the manager brushed off the issue. Upper management should conduct mystery diner checks to ensure quality at all their locations.
