Subway - Campbell River

I always receive exceptional customer service at this restaurant. Whenever I visit for a late dinner or lunch, Stalvin K consistently provides outstanding service. I truly enjoy each visit and our conversations.

What has happened to this place on Dogwood? It was very dirty, the sandwich preparation was messy, and the service was unfriendly. It used to be a reliable spot for children's nutrition, but not anymore. If you can't wear a mask properly, it's better not to wear one at all! It's more risky than if you don't wear one! Yes!

I had the worst customer service experience ever, and I say this as someone who works in customer service. The woman serving at the counter yelled at my family and me because we weren't placing our orders quickly enough, even though we were speaking at a pace that matched the line. Every time we mentioned our choices for the subs, she made disgusted faces, which I can only assume was because she found our selections unappealing. Honestly, if you work in the food industry, that's not an appropriate reaction to have.

At noon a lady went to go for sandwiches. There was 5min, no one looked at me, no one recognized me, no call I called back for more ppl. Fully ignore... expired

I feel bad for the ladies working in here. Clear lack of basic training provided as well as customer service skills. Soup was cold.
