Beto's Corner - Camp Verde

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had. They don’t have servers but they do bring the food to you and you will not be sorry for stopping in because the prices cannot be beat for the amount of quality food you get.

After our visit to Montezuma's Castle, we sought a food recommendation from a National Park employee, who eagerly suggested Beto's Corner. It turned out to be the most authentic Mexican food I've ever tasted, and Beto himself was an outstanding host! He took the time to come to our table and share the story of how the restaurant began as a roadside food stand and gradually grew into the charming establishment it is today. Sadly, his lime tequila chicken recipe remains a closely guarded secret, along with his homemade salsa—so secret that even his chef doesn't know the ingredients! The atmosphere is quite simple and unpretentious, save for some of Beto's original artwork, but the warm hospitality and the delicious food create an unforgettable experience. If you find yourself at Montezuma's Castle, the short five-minute drive to Beto's Corner is absolutely worth it!

This delightful little restaurant is situated in a beautiful, secluded location, and the food is truly delicious and authentically prepared! The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive as well.

This restaurant serves the best food in town, and I make an effort to go as often as possible! It's amazing, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
