Nice store. The only drawback is that sometimes we have people standing out front asking for money but they aren’t aggressive

Since it has reopened, I love the look and cleanliness! When there is high volume they are speedy. (EXCEPT lottery‍ They have anything I want most of the time. I WOULD like to see a little diversity amongst the employees thou. Some seem to have a hard time understanding what is being asked of them.

If I could do no stars I would. My 70 year old dementia father got lost and his phone was dying, the bank turned off his card for fraud because he spent $125 at the gas station. All he needed was a charger, my sister and my self called and pleaded for there help as we were both an hour away. We offered to pay over the phone, or by any electronic means. They turned us down, we pleaded for them, offering to sent them money personally and they turned us away again. All over a $13 charger, an hour and 20 min later I arrived with the money, my father distraught and dehydrated because his car had no AC and he had nothing to drink. These are horrible people and I hope one day there elderly parents need help. They should be ashamed of themselves.

6.99 for some NOT fresh chicken wings? REALLY? You DO know the fast food Subway is down the street right? We get a drink and chips and sub there for 6.99. So my thoughts are if you're charging 699 for some dried up chicken wings everything else is probably expensive to so I will not be coming back here

Store was super clean. Gotham the manager there was friendly. Food was fresh. Will come back again, wish more 7-11 were like this
