I ordered my food and paid. then I got my food, they forgot my sauce, which I had asked twice, they gave me a completely different sandwich, what I asked, and that was only warm in the bag. fries were soggy and the dame that gave us that food did not tell us a word. I thought they were supposed to be kind and have a customer service, but not even recognize someone? I don't know, maybe I'm crazy, but this visit was very disappointing.

That's my lunch. I highly recommend ordering about the wendy app for great deals and rewards.
