Mcdonald's - Camp Hill

The staff at this location were incredibly rude. When we arrived, I mentioned that I had placed an online order, yet my friend decided to place her order in person. They never checked with me at the window; instead, they just took my friend's payment, assuming that since there were two of us in the car, one of us must have had an online order while the other ordered on the spot. It felt like we were being harassed by the staff. I hadn't visited this McDonald's in weeks, and now I see why. Staff should not be yelling at customers. I will definitely not be returning to this location. This incident occurred around 1:45 PM on Friday, November 4th.

I had the absolute WORST meal I’ve ever experienced at McDonald's!!! The fries were cold, and the fish sandwich had just two tiny dots of tartar sauce—it definitely didn’t taste freshly made. I was on my way to an appointment, so I didn’t have time to voice my complaints.

I had the most disappointing experience I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. I ordered the fish combo and received cold fries along with a fish sandwich that had only two tiny dots of tartar sauce. Since I was on my lunch break, I didn't have much time to spare.

This has to be the WORST McDonalds out there. I got in a long line to wait at the drive through, gave my order and got to the window to pay and confirmed my order. When I got to the window to get my food, I was missing a drink. I told the girl Iconfirmed with the person who took my order what I was to have. They said it wasn't on the receipt. So I asked her to ring meup a drink. She said No. I had to get back in the drive thru line to get my drink. The line was already a 20 minute wait, andI told her under no uncertain circumstances was I getting back in line when I'm right here. Finally after back talking me and adiscussion on customer service, the manager came over and told Yes they would ring me up a drink. The staff here is poorlymanaged and trained. I have yet to get an order here that is correct. Since this past incident we will be getting our foodfrom the competition in the general area. This place is just not worth the hassle.

This place is not the best when it comes to the service. I ordered 2 value breakfast meals, but was only given 1 hashbrown. The signs say that drinks are $1, but they charged $1.79. I go there for convenience, but they rarely get the order correct.
