Contribuiți la feedbackThis place takes light years, gets orders wrong, my food is currently not completely cooked. (Travels like popcorn cores) and the staff is rude. The manager must be fired to enable this type of service and Taco Bell should think twice about who runs their chains.
Let me start by saying that this Taco Bell is hit or miss. I went on Monday, had excellent service. My husband goes today and gets attitude, long wait times and lazy preparations of food. The picture attached is one of the 2 Loaded Nacho Tacos that was purchased. Firstly the first taco I had was fine. Secondly tomatoes do not come on the Loaded Nacho Taco. THIRDLY (and most importantly) I AM ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES! I ordered an item to avoid my allergy-and out of a fit of laziness and non-attenvieness to an order someone threw tomatoes in the taco. I called-no answer. My husband has no receipt and while waiting for his food watched as the staff played around with each other behind the counter and on their cell phones. I am glad I have the forefront thought to pay attention to my order before eating because this could be serverely damaging to someone with a worse allergy than mine. This is unacceptable.
Horrible experience today. After ordering food for our entire family we were informed dine in was closed. Despite some tables saying they are closed for social distancing and some not being marked at all, and another person sitting in the dining room eating. I even went outside to check, there was absolutely no signage indicating the dining area is closed. When I brought it up the cashier got an attitude and was sure to bring me back my drink with another drink spilled all over it. When I mentioned that, she just turned and walked away. Not even a polite oops. I haven 't opened the bags yet, but I have no doubt they probably screwed up our order simply because I had the audacity to call them out on the lack of signage.
Worst experience ever! They got our order wrong 3 times! Three times! The lady at the window had the worst attitude even through they messed up my order. I don?t know if the other lady was the manager but she came to the register and accused me of saying I wanted a number 1 and not a number 2 which was not the case. I had never spoken to her before hand so I don?t know where the accusations came from. At that point, I felt like they just didn?t care at all. Oh, also make sure you receive a receipt. After the 3rd time of messing up our order I asked for my money back. They tried to short change me. Horrible experience and the cashier was clueless.
Lets talk about this Taco Bell's idea of breakfast... 1. We pull up and there is no breakfast menu out. Even by the time we had gotten our food no one had bothered to fix it. 2. I ordered the grand scrambler. I was told that was their big breakfast burrito. The pics should speak for themselves on how pathetic this location makes it.
