We were all looking forward to our retreat at this location after hearing so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be the worst we've ever had. We were placed in a basement that felt damp and dungeon-like, with a foul odor. There were bugs in our rooms, which included bunk bed areas, and the bathrooms and showers were covered in soap scum and mold. I felt sick throughout our stay because of the terrible smell. Overall, it was a demeaning experience, and as a group, we will never return. Given the amount of money we spent, we expected much more. The owner, an older woman with dark hair who appeared quite disheveled, even had a body odor that was hard to ignore. It was an overall unpleasant experience, and we will not recommend this place to anyone. It may be private, but that's likely just to keep the public from discovering how appalling it is.

Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we will not be visiting this place again. It seems they prefer to keep it private so that the public doesn’t see how disgusting it really is.
