Kobe Sushi Fusion - Cameron Park

I arrived at Kobe today at 2:30. They said they were not open. However, there website said they were open until 3:00. They turned us away!! We'll never got back to Kobe again. Bad business ethics.

Their sushi is delicious, their fried noodles are great. Vegetarian options: They have dishes such as fried noodles that come meatless unless you add protein. Many of their dishes the protein option can be tofu.

Best Sushi place. Totally recommended. Always fresh, options are plentiful. Sashimi is amazing, red dragon roll is awesome.For those that want something really rich and fried, try the Golden Boy. Excellent Sushi all around!

I was in the area and was close to this place, so decided to try a bento box to go for a late lunch. I got the bulgogi, mixed tempura, and gyoza. The Bulgogi was so flavorful! It doesn't look appetizing, kind of dry looking, but it absolutely wasn't and melted in my mouth! So much flavor didn't need soy sauce mixed with the rice. I would say their salad dressing is good, but could use modifications, but that's my only critique. Also the miso soup was fantastic! Tempura was also a favorite.
