Always friendly upbeat employees and hot fresh food. Pulled up to the window and 4 people said hello and waved. Keep up the good work. Friendly employees are a wonderful look.

First time at a Texas Roadhouse. There were 4 off us. It was around 6:30 pm not real busy. The food and atmosphere was good. My steak was perfect when I got it. Service was lacking it took a long time to get our drinks... our apertizer came out before ourdrinks.. the food runner went and got us silverware, small plates, rolls and water.. she apologized several times and went andfound our server. Then only one person 's meal came out and we were told that only the apertizer and that one meal got put in thesystem. And the kitchen was working on our orders right now! The Waitress said Sorry not sure what happened and she shruggedher shoulders and walked off. It took a while!! We finally got everything we ordered and had a good meal. Good thing we weren 'tin a hurry.

Did an online order. I don't understand why I'm being charged extra to do an online order. The app was a challenge to get through. The taste of the food seemed to be lacking.

They don't sell Buffalo Bites anymore which sucks.. that was about the only thing I ate from there and the girl at the window was rude and I got pulled up to wait on chicken was told 12 mins but waited 35 mins on chicken and staff was rude evening shiftthat is

It was very good and I loved the way it was decorated and lijed the roosters and all the other stuff. What I like getting from Bojangles is chicken flai biscuit I want other people to eat at Bojangles
