Domino's Pizza - Camden

The service at Kennington restaurant was poorly managed. We ordered pizza online and they quickly took our money. When we called, the manager, Madhu, casually told us it would be a two-hour wait for delivery at 11 o'clock or four days for a refund. We opted to pick up our own order, feeling like we had been ripped off by the website. There were 20-30 delivery bikes on site but only one customer in the shop, which was frustrating. This was the second time this had happened and we are still waiting for our money back. The manager, Madhu, needs to take responsibility for managing the service to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a fail.

I ordered a pizza online and when the driver arrived, he asked me to come down to get the pizza. However, when I went downstairs after a minute, I saw that he had left without giving me the pizzas. I called Dominos Pizza Cream Farm and was told that the driver had returned with no explanation for why he had left. After waiting for 8 minutes and still no sign of the driver, I called Dominos again to ask for a refund. The driver eventually showed up with a ridiculous excuse and argued with me when I questioned why he had left. He then placed the 4 pizzas on the floor for me to pick up and when I asked him to bring them closer because I didn't have my keys and the door might close, he rudely told me to stay away and left the building, leaving the pizzas on the floor. I had never had any issues with Dominos before, but after this incident, I will never purchase from them again. In this current COVID situation where many businesses are struggling, it is disappointing to see a company not appreciate their customers and provide such a terrible customer experience. Never again.

I visited this restaurant one evening and inquired about their vegan options. The waitress who served me didn't understand what I meant and kept trying to sell me vegetarian dishes. When I clarified that I was vegan, a coworker of hers came over and bluntly stated that they do not have vegan options before walking away. It would have been nice if they were more accommodating and at least tried to offer a simple option like a salad or something along those lines.

Well, I mean, they brought us pizza in the pouring rain while we waited for one before the roundhouse. that's like an automatic five-star of mine. we ordered the food online and it came hot and clear fresh, and the supplier. did it to us although the shop is right next door (we did not know that it does youngs). can't really blame the service.

Do not order from Chalk Farm Domino’s London. Very rude and unhelpful staff, including the manager and unreasonable hour and a half wait to an address that’s less than 2 miles away.
