Contribuiți la feedbackThis is a great little takeout cafe that offers affordable lunches. They have a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, and snacks, but the highlight is their hot dishes, which are a great deal. The chili con carne with rice costs only £4.50 for a generous portion. I haven't found anywhere in London that offers such affordable prices for a delicious meal. Some of their dishes are gluten-free, which is perfect for me. The red Thai chicken can be a bit overspiced, but their Indian-style chicken curry is fantastic. The service is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I will definitely be returning to see if they still have the curry on the menu!
I had a meeting at a nearby office and arrived a bit early. I ordered my usual coffee and wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be the most delicious coffee I've ever tasted. The only downside is that they have a minimum order of £5 to use the card machine. Since most items in the shop are so reasonably priced, it's actually a bit difficult to reach the £5 limit. I ended up purchasing a large baguette and a small coffee. I will definitely be returning soon.
Great place for hot food, sandwiches and salads, great staff, great prices and great food. Small place to sit but great to takeaway. Recommended if in the area.
I usually come here for breakfast and always order the skinny porridge, which is delicious. It's a lot better than the instant porridge you find at other places. The restaurant also offers a good variety of sandwiches, soup, and hot food at reasonable prices. However, it would be great if they had a vegetarian option available for their hot food selection.
The coffee and food are lovely here but being greeted by the staff is enough to put you off! One woman in particular (blonde lady with a hat) is the most miserable person I have ever met. Surely if you don 't enjoy your job, don 't do it! A smile and a nice greeting of hello how 're you and thank you surely can 't be that difficult...
