Ordered the new pizza on April 24, 2024 at 11 pm through drive thru. The lady who took the order was very rude and did not even glance at us after reaching at the drive thru. She made us wait for 8 min just to take the payment. Before we could ask for the wait time she just closed the window and went away and made us wait again. She did apologize while taking payment but rudely. Service: 1

My recent visit to Tim Hortons was disappointing. I was charged twice for my coffee, received the wrong order, and encountered a dismissive attitude from the staff when I raised my concerns. These mistakes and poor customer service left me frustrated and unlikely to return. Tim Hortons needs to improve its operations and staff training to ensure better experiences for customers in the future. Food: 1
