The 50's Diner - Cambridge

Twas good There was a group of 4, the work group, I had the roast beef dip and fries and found it rather enjoyable as a comfort food.

Lousy food and service this trip. Used to be a fantastic breakfast spot but since changed ownership it has really gone down hill. Recommend you skip this one.

Elvis burger was delicious. Onion rings very good. We had a chicken wrap with fries also very good. Service was excellent. We will be back.

We went here with family members and we waited 15 minutes for a table. It was packed in there. We went at 5 on a Saturday. They are open at 7:00 am to 10:00. The service was fast and waitress was friendly. Two of us had the Reuben sandwiches which came with fries and a large bowl of coleslaw. The sandwich was like 3 inches thick. It was delicious but I need a takeaway bag. I would definitely eat here again.

When you think of a"diner" 50'S is what you're thinking about. Booths, bar stools, open concept, friendly staff, great food.If you're looking for high end gourmet style food don't come here! 50'S will give you good old fashion diner grub and plenty of it! From the portraits of late 50's and early 60's movie stars and the fake salamis hanging over the expedite station, this is a diner!The food has been consistently good and generous for the 20+ years I've been coming here.Try it, you'll love it
