Boston Pizza - Cambridge

The food was excellent. We went early, and I think that's the best time to visit since the kitchen isn't rushed when preparing the meals. Our dishes were bursting with flavor, and the menu was accommodating for those with food intolerances. Many restaurants use soy oil, which can be quite limiting, but here they went above and beyond to meet dietary needs. We'll definitely be coming back!

The food was excellent, though on the pricey side. The waitress was very friendly, perhaps a bit too much for my liking. I understand they want to earn their tips and create a friendly atmosphere, but sometimes we just prefer to enjoy our meal in peace without being asked about our plans for the day. Regardless, the service was still deserving of a five-star rating.

I've visited all the local Boston Pizza locations and I absolutely love them! The food is consistently excellent, and the service is great— the staff always seem happy. I do wish the prices were a bit more reasonable; this is why I don’t go as often as I’d like. Overall, it's always a fantastic experience!

Initially told wait time Friday 630 pm would be 40 minutes. Didnt see enough people sitting, so decided to wait. Called our name 10 minutes later to be seated. Food is always freshly prepared and good. Had to ask for a lot of things cutlery, napkins, to place my order, check . Just seemed to be slightly disorganized for how busy it was. Maybe new staff ? , but higher rating simply because of the food quality.

One of the best BP. The food and staff is great. Would 100% recommend
