Starbucks Coffee - Cambridge

It's really a hit or miss with this dieucks. to the greatest part my drinks come decent, but sometimes made very careless and if/if I complain, the cash is somehow shocked. my eating is almost always frozen in the middle. (No, they're all together. a hand full of them is very sweet, but I feel like a few if they have a bone to get with me.

Cashiers need to be more information about refill policies , especially when you don’t have seating area open . Don’t humiliate customers just because they don’t look white enough to afford a $tarbuck$ coffee!! Please teach your employees’.

We try the hot chocolate it was perfect for winter season.

I work nearby and always count on my coffee being done right and on time. I prefer this location over central square. They’re always very friendly too which is nice.

While we waited, we noticed that there wasn't much space, especially when the employees took their breaks. Eventually, we managed to find seats and settled in while we reviewed the menu. We were reminded several times, with increasing urgency, that the kitchen would be closing in 15, 10, and then 5 minutes. Interestingly, there was a system by the door that let in cold air every time someone entered. As for the drinks, they were fairly standard. Overall, it was a decent experience.
