Russell House Tavern - Cambridge

What a great find! The food was prepared perfectly and completely delicious. One member of our group had a non-alcoholic cocktail that was a cut above the usual offerings. Will definitely be back.

We had reservations for 530 in dining room, but they were booked. Not wanting to wait, we took a high top. Big mistake. Noisy as all get out in that section. Food and drinks were good. Server in training was informative and up to the task. Note to self: wait for the table you reserved and want.

Disappointed in portions. The biggest problem was ordered Shuka, tiny little pan one egg completely cooked through actually overcooked. Two orders at the table, both very overcooked. And surprisingly small portion for the cost of an egg and some tomato sauce no matter what the backend expenses are, it was overpriced. Wait staff was great.

Going to Russell House Tavern is aways delightful. The room is so intriguing, I feel as if I'm hiding out in a speak-easy. The servers are attentive and efficient and the food and drinks are good. Nice to hear music, it contributes to the ambiance.
