Plus One Pizza - Cambridge

I waited for over an hour and a half to receive my order. By the time it arrived, the cheese bread was overcooked and cold. I had paid for extra cheese, but there was absolutely none, and the cheese that was there was burnt. I even called to express my concerns, but the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My experience was terrible. The food itself is decent, but only if you can actually get it delivered on time! Both times I ordered dinner, the young person who answered the phone marked my order for pickup instead of delivery, despite my request. My food ended up sitting there for two hours! I tried again another day, and it took three hours to get my order delivered, and to make matters worse, it was the wrong one. Then I attempted to order for a third time last night, and they returned my food because they didn’t have my correct address! It's clear they need to stop hiring inexperienced kids and instead bring on competent adults who know how to read and write! The manager was no help either! I will not be returning.

We were traveling through toward home in western PA, and stopped here for dinner. Pizza sauce is variable regionally, so this was definitely different from what we are used to in our area. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. The cheese bread actually outshone the pizza in our opinion, but both were good.

So we order the BBQ wings this is the amount if BBQ they give us. Then we contact them they read the message only to not reply. What a professional, customer oriented place! I?d take your business else where if you?re reading this because we?ll never be back...

We were passing through on 77, headed home to NC and found your restaurant on Google maps. We like to try local places rather than chains and thought your place looked promising. Food was great, prices were reasonable and the service was perfect. The Stromboli was delicious with a great mixture of herbs on the top crust. The Tot za pizza was a huge hit with my son so much so, that he asked me to try to recreate it at home! This local pizza place was a gem in a nice small town. Thanks for the hospitality and great lunch!
