Buffalo Wild Wings - Cambridge

Everything was excellent—the wings, salad, and kids' meals were delicious! However, you forgot to include ranch dressing for my wings. My mouth is on fire, haha! Thank you for a great dinner! I’ll definitely order again!

I requested that the sauces be omitted, but my burger arrived completely covered in them, so I had to do my best to remove as much as I could before trying to eat it. Aside from that, the Smoked Brisket Burger was absolutely delicious.

My son absolutely loves the boneless wings from this place! They are a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it to treat my always-hungry teenager every now and then.

We organized a surprise birthday party for a friend, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. When we arrived, the room we had reserved was occupied, so we were given a much smaller space that couldn't accommodate our group comfortably. We requested an additional table, but instead, we were only provided with extra chairs, forcing some guests to eat while standing. The service was disappointing as well; the speed was lacking, and some people had to go up and retrieve their own cutlery. Overall, it was rather underwhelming night.

Update: David Moore was our server tonight, and he provided us with exceptional service! This restaurant had a reputation for poor service in recent months, particularly with long waits at the front door. We decided to give it one more try, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our meals were served promptly, drink refills were quick, and the conversation with David was enjoyable. We truly appreciate good service and love BWW! Please keep the poor servers away and maintain the high standard of service! If this level of service continues, we will definitely keep coming back. Thank you, David! The street tacos are fantastic as an appetizer!
