The Old Spring - Cambridge

I loved it! first time to visit. very beautifully decorated pub. the staff was very nice and smiling. we had a Sharing plate as we wanted to try as much as we could. very beautiful arrancini, only all top notch. rocket was nice fresh, thanks. oli. next time likely try that burger who saw amazing!

Since my last visit in the old spring it has been a long time ago, and I have to say that I have been there every time, only for drinks. Anyway, we chose this place because of the cozy corner with sofas and the kamin. Before I went home, I had already decided to order a burger. then there was the special menu . I must try, instead I told myself and not regret! I ordered the tuna and my wife had the duck, and we were quite surprised. both were amazing! I hadn't had the pleasure of trying the burger that our friend ordered, but it looked good too. after such a pleasant dinner we decided to close the night by ordering all special desserts and people! the blackberry cheesecake and the chocolate brew are one! I want to mention katerina, our waitress, especially. since my first contact with her when I booked the table, I thought she was really nice and had exquisite manage. but when we were there, she was 100 times better than that! she was the icing on the cake that night.

I ordered one of the special dishes, and it felt so made home un the very good feeling of the word, but also so tasty as if it were something I wouldn't have at home. it wasn't busy at all, so waitress talked to us a bit more and we enjoyed the little chitchat. they have a few parking places so that also handy

Pleasantly surprised by this cozy pub, visited on Tuesday night. many families eat in with a respectable pub menu and drink list. while drinks are a tad price, the service was fast and polite. would definitely come back for another weekday evening drink.

This is one of my favourite pubs in Cambridge. The environment is warm and welcoming and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I always bring friends here and my partner and I visit often for food or to pop in for a drink. The food is tasty, fresh and varied, and they do a delicious sticky toffee pudding on their dessert menu! Well worth a visit!
