Japas Sushi - Cambridge

We were surprised to be the only sitting customers at 20:00 a.m. on a Saturday night, but the greeting and service were good as eating. the waitress helped us to choose our meal, and except that not green tea, everything was as expected. we have the take-away menu for future reference and use. the tempura was as light and crispy as you might want.

Next comes the parade of the Sushi dishes, served with obligatory washabi and ingwer in a small bowl. I can never resist the temaki, this is a conical hand roll with nori (seaweed) wrapped around rice and a selection of fillings. we especially like the salmon and thunfish at japas so we usually choose this plus a nice as avocado or gurke. this time we had the salmon avocado temaki and spicy tuna cucumber temaki. the nori is always fresh and crisp, not so tender.

Very enjoyed our meal here, good sushi, sashimi and assorted Japanese cuisine. will return definitiw.
