Food excellent; service excellent but extremely slow. Thank God the restaurant was only half-full.

The food was above average, I had cod with chorizo which was beautifully cooked although the chorizo looked like it had been boiled rather than pan fried. Service was very good, capable and attentive staff. The thing that spoiled the evening was the noise level, you shouldn't have to shout to participate in a conversation but within a group of six of us, this is what we had to do as the background noise was so loud. It tended to make the evening rather waring and it was a relief to leave for somewhere quieter. Overall I thought the prices were high for the general ambience and quality.
