Medusas - Cambria

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered the butternut enchiladas without cheese that were delicious! the vegan rice and buzz were also delicious and I was so happy to find a place with meat/dry free buoy and rice. I will try again some of the other vegan options without any doubt!

We have a tofu supreme burrito without milk and tofu rancheros enchilada without milk products. the tofu is slightly seasoned in what looks like salsa, but the red sauce had a great taste that made more than for them. some tapatio stepped on a crab though I prefer cholula. service was very friendly, informed and fast. recommend for a quick bite to lunch in cambria.

I suggest you do not eat here. I ordered the tofu enchiladas, but they were not good at all. The tofu was tasteless, the salsa on my lettuce tasted old, and the beans were watery. My sister's non-vegan food was also not good (her food did not taste fresh). After telling the waitress that the food was not good, she said, If she's not used to eating tofu then she shouldn't order it I recommend staying away if possible. Everything was fresh cooked to order. the guacamole is awesome!

My friend and I ordered a tofu supreme burrito and tofu rancheros enchilada, both with no dairy. The tofu was lightly seasoned in what seemed to be salsa, but the flavorful red sauce made up for it. We added some Tapatio for an extra kick, although I personally prefer Cholula. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I recommend this restaurant for a quick and casual lunch in Cambria.
